The discoveries has shown that healthy brains can either be acquired through interaction with environment or inherited during birth from a parent.

It is used to determine a number of things. It can tell how far a person will go with their education, how successful they will be in life. To some great extend the tests are used by human analysts to predict the level of work a person will do and thus the income rate.

There are many reasons that make you to invest in a good brain. Like any part of the body this too needs to be taken well care of. It enhances retention of key information and important events. Studies have indicated it to reduce early aging. It also avoids memory loss. It has been associated to make one more conscious of their environment and others. It builds a good and stable emotional system.

Physical Exercise is not only good for the body but it does wonders to the brain. Frequent exercise helps the brain to develop strong muscles. The blood flow to the brain also improves, thus prevents fainting and other complications associated with less oxygen to the brain.

Make sure to reduce the following from your diet and shopping if you cannot completely eliminate them. Sugars and carbohydrates as they have a way of increasing blood pressure. Gluten has bad side effects too. Alcohol consumption and smoking destroys cells and leads to lifestyle diseases.
