Choosing The Right Life Coach By Knowing The Personalities

By Bernadette Martin

Many decades ago, there are already people who are living on earth. They already have decoded the secrets of understanding personalities. These concepts has already existed even before we are born. It is even stated both in books of famous people in the field of philosophy and in the bible.

Due to these personalities, some people are convinced that they are more innate than developed. Every kind of response we make is a choice influenced by your genetic trait. We all face different challenges differently. Some are very determined to get through and solve every problem. Others just tend to give up easily. To avoid situations that can cause you to lose hope and give up, it is essential that we know what to look for in choosing the right life coach.

You see, even if you have found the best among the licensed coaches, but you were incompatible with the personalities with each other, you will never find it fulfilling. In finding your life coach, you need to find the kind of personality you are comfortable with. Through this, you might even understand your own along the way.

These I will share with you are the temperament. These are one of the most traditional ways Hippocrates has classified people according to their inborn attributes. This theory also is described in one of the passages in the bible wherein King David wrote about. Then, there are many succeeding theories relevant to this. A brief explanation about these four types are as follows.

Sanguine the fun and bubbly companion. For something thrilling, this kind of person is what you need. They are optimists. They are reliable in making almost every situation an unforgettably exciting one. They are good conversationalists. But they often forget things and are chronically late comers. They are also a bit loud to most introverted people.

Get hyped up with the energetic Choleric. They are born leaders. It is their style to choose the way of achieving things productively. They are bold and aggressive team players. But they sometimes become overbearing and workaholic.

Prepare to be challenged by the confident Choleric. They are aggressive and dominant. They are good in leadership. They are mostly workaholics, on which made them known to be more productive that the others. They are good commanders.

Be empathized with a diplomatic Phlegmatic. They are meek and nice. They are usually silent but are friendly. This is the exact opposite of the Choleric. They are good listeners. They are also good at administration. They avoid any form of strife or conflict. But they can sometimes be sluggish and reluctant.

Now that you know the basic, you can easily identify which is your dominant type. Most of us have a temperament blend which means you have another temperament as your secondary trait. Your primary trait is usually how you express yourself and the latter is how you respond. As you search for your life coach, you need to know them. Talk to them, listen to what they have to say. Analyze their composure. Think about the four types. Carefully evaluate if you will be compatible with them or not. In this way, you will understand more about yourself and of others.
