The bandages already include in them clips which can be used also in fastening. You can obtain the pins in a store or you may already have those in the sewing kit.

Most of these would depend on your aroma therapeutic preferences. You will also be able to adjust the contents based on what you want or your needs if you make your own.

One more thing that you should be informed about is that you must also have a PVC suit that is used for working out which can be bought in stores for sporting goods. This is not very pricey and its material is rubber like which is effective in promoting sweating. This is not among those sweat suits which are made of fleece but this is secured by strings or velcro too.

Then, you will have to determine where you will be applying the pieces because you would have to switch heater and regulate it to the proper temperature. You may also choose to stay in the bathroom and you can bring therein a small and portable heater. Doing this will prevent you from feeling chilly during the application.

It would then be the right time to then be time for you to gather up all the tools for wrapping in order to set them up and you can also get a handy book for reading. You may preoccupy yourself with reading while you wait. You may then be ready to mix your solutions and use the hot water from the tap.

The mixed solution should then be poured into a bucket which should be enough for the soaking of the bandages. To avoid burning your skin, you may add cooler water or adjust the temperature of the tub. Then do the soaking until the ingredients would be absorbed and then remove one wet wrap at a time.

Furthermore, when you have wrapped all of these on your body be sure that it has been done snugly to maximize the benefits. To apply these on your legs, start with one from the lower part and then end up on the knee. In doing the wrapping, no skin should be left exposed but all must have been covered.
